I would like to highlight the breakfast service here as the food is good with plenty of selection. Fresh pastries daily with freshly made eggs, bacon and fruits! The hotel staff at breakfast provide an amazing service with coffee drinks made to order.
We will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed the hotel. I stayed with two kids, and the quadruple room was great because kids had separate beds. The rooms are large sized. The windows are soundproof but also open if you want fresh air. Great breakfast to start your day. There’s also a tower to enjoy the view in warmer weather. Price is reasonable.
This is a nice hotel in the center of Florence. The best part of the hotel is the location. It’s located in the heart of all the main sites in Florence. It’s hard to find something better. The staff are also very accommodating and do a great job making sure all your needs are taken care of. The breakfast is also nice. I recommend the pastries!
Areas to improve are the the following: 1) the bed and pillows are very hard. It was not a good nights sleep for me because of that. 2) the decor in my room was a little weird. It was a large room which is great but the sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom and the shower is so small that I kept elbowing the glass door…and I’m only 5’8. Room did not have an iron and the hot water kettle did not work. 3) the blankets were also uncomfortable

Amazing hotel. Located right in the centre of Florence, guests are walking distance away from all the attractions and even the train station. The rooms are very modern and spacious. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is delicious as well, with no shortage in selection or quality. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the tower, which features a terrace well above the surrounding buildings of Florence, giving you unobstructed 360 degree views of the city. Especially given its great price, this hotel is one of my personal favourites I’ve stayed at, both for value and experience.
Having an amazing time!! The breakfast is all I could ever want, even with freshly made capuccinos. Vivian and the gentleman working at breakfast are amazing. The location is walking distance from basically anywhere in Florence. Love the tower and our renovated room in the annex.
The hotel's very central location is ideal. Not on the heavily trafficked main street, but just off of it. The staff was all pleasant as well.
The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of sweet and savory items and coffee made on the spot.
Cons: Our room was really old and we couldn't even see in the bathroom mirrors due to the gold fleck throughout them.
